- A photograph of the Towaliga community exhibit at the Georgia State Fair, Macon, Bibb County, Georgia 1950. Towaliga was a small community in Butts County, Georgia. This display includes a variety of farm produce, preserved foods, eggs, and cotton. Individual sections of the display have labels applied to them: "Dairying," "Improved Pasture," "Cover Crops," "Beef Cattle," "Poultry," and others. A slogan in the middle of the display reads, "Towaliga Community's Better Farming has improved her Nutrition." To the left of the display is another sign: "U.S. Needs Us Strong."
