What do you do if you miss someone you love,
just beep your eyes to heaven, and know they
are watching you from above. / used to fear
forgetting what each of them looked like, but
happiness is being able to hear their laughter is
what / realized. Always with a joke or story to
share, the time when they were my age, or when
they began losing their hair. / imagined myself
as a baby and our meeting for the first time, /
imagined showing you my own baby many years
down the line. How was / supposed to know this
day would never come, but Ill cherish all of our
memories and hours of joy and fun. When / felt
too tired for crying and no more feelings were
left to show, / began writing these few lines and
again tears began to flow. I still laugh and smile
at memories that float by like movie scenes, some
times / see your happy faces in my nightly
dreams. As much as it hurts not to have you
here, you are with Cod in a better place, and
your laughter whispers near.

Theres an open gate at the end of the road
Through which each must go alone
And there, in light tve cannot see,
Our Father claims His own.
Beyond the gate our loved one
Finds happiness and rest
And there is comfort in the thought
That a loving Qod knoivs best.
