- During an oral history interview on August 25, 1982, Mrs. Eula Doss describes her occupations as a laundress, and domestic cook. Doss and Roebuck discuss the importance of herbal remedies during the Spanish Flu of 1918, and a typhoid outbreak in Cairo. Doss discusses local doctors and infrastructural developments in Cairo.
