From 1981-1982, interviewers Frank Robuck and Robert Hall recorded oral histories in Cairo, Georgia focused on documenting Black history and preserving memories of Cairo during the early 20th century. Each interview provides insights into the personal lives of the Black community in Cairo, with a particular focus on religious, social, and educational organizations.
