- During an oral history interview on August 26th 1982, Mr. Harrison Wiliford and Mrs. Oshie Williford describe their family histories, occupations, and community involvement. Mr. Williford discusses his entrepreneurship, owning several local businesses including a dry cleaners, a funeral home, a hotel, and a concrete vault business. Mrs. Williford describes her career as a Home Economics teacher, noting school integration and teacher diversity. They recall their community involvement in local politics, and church life.
