- Postcard (color, white border, divided back, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches) Title on reverse: The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (Princess Louise's). The regiment was a line infantry regiment of the British Army that existed from 1881 until amalgamation into the Royal Regiment of Scotland on 28 March 2006. This card is one of a series of 82 depicting statuettes made in the 1930s. They were replicas of the carved wooden models designed by Charles d’Orville Pilkington Jackson (1887-1973) for the opening of the Scottish United Services Museum in 1933. Text on reverse: The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, Princess Louise’s – 91st Raised 1794, 93rd, Raised 1800. Officer. 93rd Reg. Batt. Coy. Review Order 1822.
