- Postcard (color, linen textured, white border, divided back, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches) titled Greater Wesleyan College, Macon, GA. – 38. The card shows an aerial view of the college’s campus. Text on reverse: The new plant of the world’s oldest college for women (charter 1836) is located just north of Macon on the paved Atlantic-Macon Highway. The new plant was first used in September, 1928. The buildings in Macon formerly occupied by the college are now used exclusively by the Wesleyan Conservatory of Music. Card number 2807.
