- Postcard (color, white bordered, divided back, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches) titled Department of Art, University of Georgia features a street view of a modern white building. Originally constructed in 1962, the building features a modernist façade. After 50 years, the building’s interior was completely renovated and reopened in 2012 as the new headquarters for UGA's College of Environment. Text on reverse: G - 147 - University of Georgia, Athens, Ga. The Art Building on campus of University of Georgia is an example of the progress of the University. The building houses the Department of Art. Card number 2DK-1056.
