The Center for Continuing Education, a unit of Public Service & Outreach at the University of Georgia, is located on the University's South Campus. The concept of a residential adult learning center began when the W. K.. Kellogg Foundation granted $2.44 million to construct a building. The building opened in 1957. No descriptive text on the reverse. Postage affixed - 4 cent black Lincoln U. S. stamp.
