- Postcard (color, linen textured, divided back, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches) titled T-4 Thomas County Court House, Thomasville, Ga. featuring a picture of the historic Thomas County Courthouse built in 1858 and located on North Broad Street. It is the county seat of Thomas County, Georgia. The building was designed by architect John Wind and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 22, 1970. The front of the card also features a framed picture of a yellow rose which is labeled "Thomasville" The City of Roses Among the Pines. Text on the reverse: Thomasville, Ga., has been properly called the "City of Roses Among The Pines," and is a city of unusual beauty and distinction lying in the yellow pine belt of south Georgia about 12 miles above the Florida state Line, and 50 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Postage required 1 cent stamp. Card number 3B-H1691.
