- Image of 18 men and women, 15 standing outside and 3 looking out of the window, gathered around an imbedded horse block with a plaque dedicated to General William McIntosh. The two women standing on either side of the plaque are holding American flags. The building is the Girl's Dormitory for the A & M School in Carrollton, the predecessor of West Georgia College. The plaque reads: "In Memory of General William McIntosh by The McIntosh Reserve Chapter, D.A.R.". Notations on the image indicate that those present are: (L to R) Mrs. A. A. Smonton, Mrs. Nellie Henderson, Rev. W. T. Hamby, Mrs. E.B. Meadow, Miss Almarvin Slade, Miss Christine Fatts, W.J. Millican (Orator of the dedication), R.A. Hayes, and Mrs. R. A. Hayes.
