- In this series of WRDW-TV newsfilm clips of interviews with people on the street, an unidentified reporter asks people how they feel regarding the United Fund campaign. The interviews are on a sidewalk in front of a building. Several people walk past during the interviews.
In the first clip, the reporter asks an unidentified young woman what she thinks about the United Fund Way of giving and why.
In the second clip, an unidentified man discusses the United Fund as a beneficial cause.
There are two men in the third clip. The first speaker is identified as "Frank" by the second man whose name is not given.
The last clip has six-year old James McKenzie(?). The reporter explains that the United Fund helps groups such as the Boy Scouts, the USO, and the Salvation Army. The reporter notes that James is wearing a Huckleberry Hound t-shirt and asks if James watches the show and Captain Steamboat Bill.
