- Art Rosenbaum's field recording of George Adams singing and playing guitar and harp in Athens, Georgia. In between songs, Adams talks about growing up near Barnett Shoals Road in Athens and playing playing harp with his father, who played guitar. Adams taught himself to play guitar, and he and his brother played at square dances attended by the families of thread mill workers. "Down Yonder" is mentioned as one song that was payed at the square dances. Adams performs seven songs: Home Sweet Home, Never Alone (hymn), The Uncloudy Day, Little Brown Jug, Casey Jones, Redwing (new words), Red River Valley.
