- Copies of an August 27,1955 and a September 1, 1955 indenture between the city of Cornelia and the Habersham County Board of Education. The city of Cornelia granted to the county board of education land lots number 172 and 149 of the tenth district. Land lot 149 was the location of the Cornelia Colored School property.
