- Journal of the Senate after the House and the Senate were called together by Joseph E. Brown, Governor of Georgia, to address the issues of crops to be planted, the law against distilleries, transportation of provisions, salaries, the new code, small pox, impressment of Negroes, military law, rights of the churches, state endorsement of Confederate debt, Report of the Joint Committee on Transportation, corn supply, salt supply, cars of the Western and Atlantic Rail Road on other roads, establishments to repair and aid in further supplying rolling stock, regulations of certain rail roads as to contracts limiting their liabilities as common carriers. They also dealt with other items of government business.
