Sellers were William Fleming, "an heir by marriage of John Winn," late of Liberty County; William W. Baker, the legal representative of Mary Winn, a minor and daughter of Benjamin B. Winn, deceased, who was son and heir of John Winn; and William H. Cassels, legal representative of Thomas Baker, deceased, also an heir by marriage of John Winn. Witnessed by R.C. McConnell, Robert Quarterman.
