John Gordon, merchant of Charleston in the Province of South Carolina, sold to James Maxwell, son of Audley Maxwell of the parish of Saint John in Georgia, for 100 pounds Georgia money a 200-acre tract of land in Saint Johns Parish, originally granted to Andrew Collins, and bounded by land of Benjamin Baker. Paper slightly torn. Signed by Grey Elliott, acting as attorney for John Gordon.
