Deed of relinquishment -- Robert Burton and Dempsey Connally to Kesiah Pruitt

Know all men by these
presents that we Robert
Burton and Dempsey
Conally of the State and County aforesaid of the
one part. Kesiah Pruitt formally Kesiah Conally
relict of Charles Conally deceased for and
in Consideration of the Natural love and
offection which we have and bear unto
her the said Kesiah Pruitt formerly
Kesiah Conally relict of Charles Conally deceased
of the one part and the said Robert Burton
and Dempsey Conally of the other part
Witness that the said Robert Burton
and Dempsey Conally do this day relinquish
all the rights [?] title claim and interest
which we have in a lot of negroes
fell to the said Kesiah Pruitt formally
Kesiah Conally a relict of the said deceased
(to wit) Sarah, Lewis, Rachael, Luke a son
of Rachael, and the future increase
taken and engaged by her the said
Kesiah untill her death and then to
here lawful heires of the said Kesiah Pruitt
today in whereunto we set our hands
and seal this 25th day of January 1820

Joseph Pruitt and
Robert W. Pruitt who being duly sworn saith
that they were subscribing witnesses to
the within deed of conveyance and
that also said the within named Robert
Burton and Dempsey Conally assign
Their names thereunto for the purposes
There mentioned and also that the
word, to wit, was written [?] in the
twenty first from the top and the words
a son of Rachal in the twenty second
line from the top before signed
Sworn to and Subscribed
before me 11th day of October
1821
