It is agreed that the proceeds of sale of the
Slaves Prince & his wife Mary, Tom, Dick, Dod [or Doll],
Scylla, Little Prince & Bella their Children, property
of the Estate of Henry R. Sadler deceased, whenever
said negroes shall be sold under an order of
the Judge of Probate for the County of Duval,
by the administrators of said Estate of [Henry] R.
Sadler deceased, shall be placed in the hands
of [Edwin] R. Alberti [Esquire] of Nassau County (by the
purchaser) whether said proceeds be in Money
or in other securities for money, as shall be
agreed upon by the administrators and
Purchasers, to be paid if in money, or to be
delivered if in securities for money by said
[Edwin] R. Alberti to the order of one or more of
said administrators - The written approval
of the Judge of Probate or of the Judge if
The Circuit Court being first Endorsed on
said order.
