Know all Men, by these Presents,
that I, Mary Sadler of Nassau County, [East] Florida
Widow, in consideration of the natural Love and Affection,
which I have and bear unto my beloved Daughter Mary
Alberti and the regard I have for her Husband, Edwin
R. Alberti, and also for other good Causes and Considerations
Have, given, granted and confirmed, and by these Presents,
Do, give grant and confirm, unto the said Mary and her
Husband, the following named Negroes, viz. Fama,
Yama, Patty, George, Margaret, Lydia, Jude, Will,
Nannie, Yancy, Lucy, Hannah, Ned, Jane, Mitchell,
and Cooley;
To have and to hold the said property
unto the said Mary and Edwin, their Executors, Admin-
-isitrators and Assigns, to their only proper use & behoof
forever - And I the said Mary Sadler, the said
property, against all & every person whatsoever, shall and
will warrant, and forever defend by these Presents.
I the said Mary Sadler, have put the said
Mary and Edwin, in full possession, by delivering the whole
of said Negroes unto them, before the sealing & delivery of

these presents.
In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and Seal this Seventeenth day of
March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty

in presence of
Bolton A. [Cupp?]

Bolton A. [Cupp?] being duly sworn
says that May Sadler do both signed the praying
instrument acknowledged the same in his presence
and delivered to the home to [Edwin]. R. Alberti on or about
the 20th April 1830
