Taxation of enslaved in Burke and Richmond Counties lists names and prices: in 1852, Nathan, Aaron, Bob, Daniel, Washington, Julia, Jonas, Ginny, Stephen, Henry, Elbert, Milly, Emma, Ron, Tom, Frances, L. Miley, Alfred, Amilla, Rhina, Priscilla, Nathaniel, Sarah, Patty, Amanda, Elsey, Peter Pearce, Joe, Enoch, Motiur, Mary, Hannah, Antoinette, Peter, Rachel, Emma, Harriet, John, Laura, Phillis, Toby, and Mily and Dave (old). The list of names is given for each year until 1864.
