III. Of such an one it may truly be said [?]
1. 10:9 Safe from present dangers. Per[?]
immunity from dangers not to be expected
here. Worldly men think that a
certain artful sagacity founded on a
knowledge of the world is more necessary

they can gain; but, on examining closely,
we shall find that the plain, honest,
pious man always steers straitest + has

4. Safest as to future rewards. Best which

Rom. 2:7. Tho The reward be distant,
the hope is present = anchor
of the soul. A man firmly believing
that he is protected by God, + that he
shall be rewarded will act steady

To every motive the hope of heaven adds
