Committee feel that it is of special importance something be done in
this matter as promptly and efficiently as possible. The present
wants of the seminary are pressing, and to meet these wants there
is no resource but the charity of the church. They would therefore
recommend that this Presbytery attempt to raise at least the
sum of $750. And as the interests and even the very existence
of the Seminary under God, defend upon prompt
and efficient efficient efforts to meet the contingent expense
