OBITUARY
Ms. Shirley Ann Frederick was born August 18, 1947 in
Evans County, Georgia to the late Jessie Mae Carter Mitchell
and Chester Frederick.
Shirley departed this life on Sunday morning, November
7, 1993 at Evans Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
Shirley touched the lives of many peopie and wiil aiways
be remembered.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted aunt, Mrs.
Bessie Carter, Claxton, Georgia; her father, Chester Frederick,
Jacksonville, Florida; five brothers, Terry Stewart, Portland,
Oregon, Larry Carter, Anchorage, Alaska, Derrick Carter, Savan-
nah, Georgia, David Frederick and Donald Frederick, both of
Rodchester, New York; six sisters, Rosie, Eileen, Gloria, Sarah,
and Sheila Frederick, all of Rochester New York, and Loretta
Frederick of Jacksonville, Florida; two very close cousins who
were raised as sister and brother, Virginia Cooper, Ft. Pierce,
Florida, and Randy Carter, Claxton, Georgia; a step-mother,
Alberta Frederick, Jacksonville, Florida; a step-father, Theodore
Mitchell, Savannah, Georgia; one aunt, Essie Mae , Ft. Pierce,
Florida; and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and
friends.
She will not be forgotten,
Though on earth she is no more;
But in memory and in spirit, she is still
With us, as she always was before.
