The substance of the information collected by Mr. Limbaugh and Mr. Cornells From the Wolf Warrior who has charge of our affairs with the Indians in the Fork of Flint and Chattohoche and Fullaussau Haujo Chief of Eufaulau --
7 June "The English has taken possession of pensacola and given a large quantity of arms and ammunition to the Simmonolies. They keep it a secret from me I have seen by accident and talked with a man right from there. It is not for war they say but it looks very suspicious in my eye. The Indians from below say an express from Colo. [Colonel] Hawkins to Hambly was put in care of Sandy Durant and an Indian to conduct him safe, that Durant killed him & robed [robbed] him." -- Fullaussau Haujo saw a young man of his town who had been down to Deer Island in the mouth of apalatchecola where he saw two British ships. An officer sent to invite the Indian to come there, a number arrived mostly Seminoles and Hostile Indians. The officer said "I am a British officer sent to see whether the Indians were distrayed [destroyed] or not, in their war with the United States, if not, to afford them help. I have some supplies and I give to each town four large casks of powder and some short muskets with slings and other things I have a 1000 men in each of the ships." During his being there, they issued daily to the Red people assembled two beef cattle and some dried soft meat from the ships. The officer continued "The red people who had been driven from Tallapoosa must assemble and were assembling between the bay of pensacola and apalatchicola. They had [unclear text: halted ] at yellow water and would concentrate their force at Choctau Hatche and remain ready for further orders. The plan of the British was to take Mobile, perdido, yellow Water, Choctau hatche an island near St. Marys, an Island near Savannah and that town and an island near Savannah and that town and an island near Charleston at the same time. One of his vessels was to sail immediately for supplies for the Red people and he expected in 25 days to receive the supplies and the time

when this plan was to take affect [effect] . In the mean time the Indians could be recruiting their strength exhausted by their recent war and by famine, and be ready to cooperate with their friends the British who would strike at and occupy all these places at the same time." The prophet observed to the Semenolies in presence of the reporters "we have brought our difficulties on ourselves without advise from any one. The old chiefs need not expect we [unclear text: will ] [added text: be ] given up. We have lost our country and retreated to the sea side where we will fight until we are all destroyed, we are collected and find a few more than 1000 warriors left; and mean to form our settlement on Choctau hatche."
Tustunnuggee Haujo who fled with the fowltown and Oketeyocanne people below the confluence of Flint & Chattahoche sent a message to the Big Warrior & Little Prince "I have now friends and arms, you compelled me to fly and if you attempt to track me up I shall spill your blood."
The Chiefs directed Mr Cornells to give this as received by them through several channels and to say "We have no doubts but a supply of the munitions of War was actually arrived and delivered to Red Clubs and Semenolies at pensacola and the mouth of Chattohoche."
