Pearsonaly apeaard [Personally appeared] before me [unclear text: lankin ] Camp and being duly Sworn Saith on oath that John heanyeard Esquire from Clark County now acting an acting magistrat [magistrate] for Sd [Said] county has got Cabbins [Cabins] over the boundry [boundary] line on the indian hunting Ground on turkey Creek & has there got cowpen and part of his famley [family] and his wife and tending to his Stock makeing [making] butter &c [et cetera] and this deponant [deponent] further Saith that william hanner is Keepeing [Keeping] Stock for Mr. nale over the boundary line on Jack Creeke on the indians hunting ground and liveing [living] in a good new cabbin [cabin] and Saith if they burn it he will bild [build] another } and this deponant [deponent] further Saith that thomas trammel and harris trammel has cowpens over the boundrey [boundary] line and is keepieing there [keeping their] stocks on the indian hunting ground &c [et cetera] this deponant firther [deponent further] sayeth [saith] that James Besley from morgain county is Liveing [Living] over the boundry [boundary] Line on Jacks creek on the indin [indian] hunting ground in a grat [great] new bilding [building] and waas [was] cutting Timber Like as he waas [was] for making Rals [Rails] } and this deponant firther sayeth [deponent further saith] that John Mattocks from Jackson has got a camp & a cowpen over the Boundry [Boundary] Line and is thir [their] with a perseal [passel] of womans [women] attending to his stock macking [making] Butter &c. [et cetera]

this deponant furthe [deponent further] Saith that he had latley ben Rideing [lately been Riding] a part of 1 of the line against Clark County and a part of Jackson where he saw sum [some] houses and maney [many] field in the South Side of the appalatcha River or boundrey [boundary] line
