The State of Georgia Dr. [Directed] To Lieut. Colo. [Lieutenant Colonel] William McIntosh.
For the furnishing some Creek Indians with 5 Head of Horses in lieu of so many Stole from them by some white people on Allatamaha being the same Indians who were down at Tiby with Thomas Gray under the Command of the President. the same being legally apprais'd [appraised] as follows (Vizt.) --
