- This document contains four receipts dated July 17, 1787 and signed by Richard Worsham, John Temple, Robert Dixon, and Ambros Gaines, respectively, for the governor's drafts on the state treasury totalling 30.15 pounds. Worsham was paid for his attendance in Council, Temple for his services as a messenger, Dixon for the support of unnamed Indians presently in town, and Gaines for the expense of transporting some Chickasaw Indians.
