I hereby tender to you & through you to the commander of the forces in Florida against the hostile Indians my self and staff to take command of any Regiment wanting one of my rank to any Regiment, hereby pledging myself & staff officers to move to any point that may be designated in Florida or Alabama The staff being composed of James G.
