fourteenth Day of September ultomo [ultimo] unto Waresboro Ware County to aid in repeling [repelling] the Hostile incursions of the Creeks and Seminole Indians against the people of this State
Annexed you have A Correct and true return of the Number of and Expence [Expense] of the Mounted and foot Militia for five Days provisions to March to Waresboro and Back again

Provisions for the Soldiers $62.50
