Whereas the name of Aley Boon resident of the 320th District of the County of Baldwin & State of Georgia was returned for a draw in the Lottery authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Georgia passed the
21st day of December 1830 for the survey and disposition of Lands within the Limits of the State of Georgia in the occupancy of the Cherokee tribe of Indians, as "the Widow of a Soldier in the Late War" And whereas the said Aley Boon was induced to given [added text: in ] for a draw in that capasity [capacity] in the Lottery aforesaid from a misapprehension of the qualifications created by the act aforesaid and the said Aley Boon in the Character aforesaid having drawn in the Lottery aforesaid Lot Number Ninety (90) in the seventh (7) District- fourth (4) section of the Territory aforesaid- which said Lot of Land so drawn aforesaid the said Aley Boon does not intend to use occupy or enjoy as her own property or to ask for accept or receive a grant thereof but wishes to relinquish the same to the State of Georgia== Now know all men by these presents that I the said Aley Boon of the County of Baldwin & State of Georgia in consideration of the premises hath [has] freely voluntarily and of my own accord remised released & relinquished and forever [unclear text: quit claimed ] and do by these presents promise release relinquish & forever [unclear text: quit claim ] to the State of Georgia & for her use all my right claim interest or demand of to or in a certain tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the fourth (4) section and seventh (7) district of the Territority [Territory] in the occupancy of the Cherokee tribe of Indians and Known and distinguished in the plan of said District as Lot number ninety (90)- To have and to hold the same to the said State of Georgia and to & for her [illegible text] proper use benefit & behoof with all the privileges and appurtenances there to belonging or appertaining so that neither I the said Aley Boon nor my heirs Executors and administrators or any person or persons claiming under me or them shall ask for accept receive have claim or demand from the said State of Georgia any right title or grant to the aforesaid tract Lot or parcel of Land or appurtenances thereto belonging on any part thereof.
In witness whereof I the said Aley Boon hath [has] hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the
