The above plat is a representation of that tract of land -- situate lying & being on Beaver Creek, the title & possession of which was reserved to the Creek Nation (so long as the present occupant shall remain in the personal possession thereof) by the provisions contained in the late treaty concluded between the United States and the Creek nation of Indians, at the Indian Spring on the
8th. day of January 1821. including the improvements of Buckey Barnard. Surveyed under the authority of the President of the United States -- on the
7th day of June 1821.
