Sir
I have Rented James Bucks and mical Barnets Reservations for this yeare [year] for the Sum of $447 and Took Small notes and good Securiety [Security] payable on the
first Day of January 1826 and I also inform you that I have not got money for the last yeare [year] but I am to have it By the
tenth Day of february if I shold [should] fail in geting [getting] of it then I wish you to inform me how to bring Soot [Suit] and I also inform you that Sence [Since] mical Barnets has sold and moved of [off] of his Reserveation thare [Reservation there] [added text: has Bin [Been] ] two houses moved off By Mr Jones and a number of railes [rails] has be [deleted text: n ] n [been] moved of [off] by Mr [unclear text: Lawshal ] which leaves the Reserveation [Reservation] with a fence on one Side one of the houses was a very good cumfortable [comfortable] one the [added text: other ] was a Stable which it all is a considerable ingry [injury] to the place it is all very Easy to proove [prove] the people is all very anxious I shold [should] inform you of it and pesue [pursue] Some plan for Damage I wish you to instruct me about it
