- This document contains the account statements of General John Clark for time spent as a commissioner for the state of Georgia appointed to run the boundary line between the state and the Creek Nation, to collect property alleged to have been stolen from Georgia citizens by Creek Indians, and to establish a site for the town of Milledgeville. The accounts are dated December 1804 but a note on the front indicates that the accounts were received October 1805.
