I have Received Certificates that the following persons have either moved or are actually Removing within the Settled Limits of the State (viz. [videlicet] ) Lewis [unclear text: Crow ] Jacob [unclear text: Crow ], Levi [unclear text: Crow ], Hugh Wilson, John Wilson, Erwin Strickland, Simon Strickland Sion Strickland, Lazerus Strickland, Bud Mullins, John [unclear text: Mires ] James Abercrombie [illegible text] George Davis, Edwd [Edward] Hawkins, Wm Mason Wm Morris Baron Morris, Henry Morris John [unclear text: Wagoner ] Hawley [unclear text: Barton ] [unclear text: John ] Duffy Thomas Abar Wm [unclear text: Flanyan ] Caleb Mosely William Beaty Jeremiah Tennon J Freeman Averly, & that William Stacker, & John [unclear text: Lesly ] have permits from
