Dear sir
I enclose your Excellency the report of the Spies who I sent to the Tallapoosee under your order of the
26th april last they did not go as far as I directed them, but I think they have got al [all] the information that you expected the war in that quarter seems to be at an end
I believe I informed you that I agreed with them at fourty [forty] dollars each

I am with due esteem your humble servant
