This day Orendates Watson Came before me and made Oath as the Law directs that being in the house of Theodk. [Theodrick] Muntfort [unclear text: asked ] James A. Everitt of Hartford if he saw any of the hostile Indians sd. [said] Everitt Answered, the Greater part of the Cattle he had he purchaised [purchased] of the hostile Indians; which was in and about the Month of
October 1813 --
The Deponent further states that being in the house of Theodk. [Theodrick] Muntfort in Cumpany [Company] with James A Everitt Daniel Cole and Others on the
Thirtieth day of November last, in Conversation with James A Everitt & Daniel Cole heard James A Everitt say that he had Traded with the Hostile Indians and woud [would] do it again
