- Affidavit of Orandates(?) Watson sworn to before Josiah Everitt, (Justice of the Peace ?) on December 6, 1813 in Pulaski County, Georgia. Watson reports that a man named James A. Everett of Hartford claims to be trading with the "hostile" Indians (probably the Red Stick Creeks) and says that he will continue to do so. Other documents regarding Everett's transactions with the Indians also appear in the Southeastern Native American Documents Database as tcc416 and tcc418.

This day Orendates Watson Came before me and made Oath as the Law directs that being in the house of Theodk. [Theodrick] Muntfort [unclear text: asked ] James A. Everitt of Hartford if he saw any of the hostile Indians sd. [said] Everitt Answered, the Greater part of the Cattle he had he purchaised [purchased] of the hostile Indians; which was in and about the Month of
October 1813 --
The Deponent further states that being in the house of Theodk. [Theodrick] Muntfort in Cumpany [Company] with James A Everitt Daniel Cole and Others on the
Thirtieth day of November last, in Conversation with James A Everitt & Daniel Cole heard James A Everitt say that he had Traded with the Hostile Indians and woud [would] do it again
