After The Talks was held in the Choctaw Nation Frances [unclear text: Mastubbey ] desired I would attend his [illegible text] when I found him and Some of his Principale Chieffs [Principal Chiefs], They Privately informed me it was with dificulty [difficulty] they Kept their young Warriors from Going to Recover the Presants [Presents] that was than [then] offered to them, and if Something was not done for them by the Big Moon in Feby [February] he Should be obliged to Receive the Spaniards, or his warriors would do it and Never Pay any attention to him afterwards which he feared would be Ended with bad Concequences [Consequences], For altho [although] the Spaniards did not in their talks ask them to go to war, Yet he had Privately bean [been] Spoke to and asked how he Could lay still and [illegible text] the [unclear text: white ] People Killing the Red Ones ashoring [assuring] him when the Creaks was Out of the way It would be their Turn Next, [unclear text: I ] good Many Sutch [Such] Talks was given to him which maid [made] him Judge what the Talks would be if they

was to go down, But as he had before Mentioned if Some thing was not done he Should be Obliged to go or get no Spring goods
The Gentlemen have [unclear text: Rode ] from the quarter to McGilvery Ashoring [Assuring] him it is the Georgians that Are Trying to Make a war against them That it was their wish to Lay Still and be at [illegible text] so he might depend they would not Interfear [Interfere] -- McGilvery has sent in One John Hague and Two Creeks to Ashore [Assure] them no more Mischeiff [Mischief] Shall be done in this quarter, But that he is well Supplyd [Supplied] by the Spaniards which makes him able to face any Power that dare Invade him
