Resolved that his Honor the Governor and -- Executive Council be empowered and required to Appoint Commissioners for the Purpose of Ascertaining and Marking the line Southwest between the Inhabitants of this State and the Cherokee Indians Pursuant to a Cession held at Augusta dated the
thirteenth day of May last past.
