The humble petition of John Whiteside & Thomas Lebreton of [illegible text] Court [illegible text] gentlemen agents for & on behalf of Isaac Levy formerly of broad street London Esqr. [Esquire] but now resident at Philada [Philadelphia] in America
Sheweth
That the Revd [Reverend] Thomas Bosomworth & Mary his wife otherwise called Consaponakesa ye princess & natural & Lawfull heires [Lawful heiress] of [unclear text: ye ] upper & lower creek indian [deleted text: Nation ] Countrys [Countries] in America being in England in the year
1754 Entered into a Treaty with Isaac Levy for [unclear text: ye ] sale of [illegible text] Moiety of the Islands St. Catherines, Useba & Sapala wch. [which] had been duly conveyed & granted by Opiya Mico, Emperor of [unclear text: ye ] Upper & Lower creek Nations on behalf of himself his Subjects & vassalls [vassals] unto the said Thomas Bosomworth & Mary his wife otherwise the princes [princess] consaponakesa & which grant had been duly ratified by Seven kinds of the creek Nations in their general assembly & the original Treatys [Treaties] entered into by Lieuten [document damaged: ant ] general Oglethorpe by virtue of yr. Authority on behalf of the Trustees for establishing your majestys Colony of Georgia in America having been [unclear text: produced ] together with such grants & conveyances with other authentick [authentic] evidences of the said Th. [Thomas] Bosomworth & Mary his wife, the said Is [Isaac] Levy agreed to their propo [added text: s ] als & advanced them Several sums of money thereupon
That by Articles of Agreement of
14 October 1754 the said Tho [Thomas] Bosomworth & Mary his wife covenanted & agreed to convey a moiety of [unclear text: ye ] said Islands to the said Is [Isaac] Levy his heirs & Assigns forever on or before the
18th. of the same October.
That in pursuance of such Articles of Agreement ye said Ths. [Thomas] Bosomworth & his wife by indentures of lease & release of [unclear text: ye ]

1 day of October 1754 & bargain & Sale Inrolled [Enrolled] conveyed a moiety of the said 3 Islands to [unclear text: ye ] said Is [Isaac] Levy his heirs & assigns forever
That the said Is [Isaac] Levy on obtaining this conveyance settled all his affairs in England & went to live in America & hath [unclear text: been ] at a great expence [expense] in improving his aforesaid acquisitions.
That the said Is [Isaac] Levy hath lately discovered that [unclear text: ye ] said Ths. [Thomas] Bosomworth some time since unknown to the said Isaac Levy entered into a Treaty [pages missing]
