Written Deed of Feoffment, the said Subscribing witnesses do also further declare that the said Malatchi Opiya Mico did in their presence acknowledge himself well content & fully Satisfied with [unclear text: ye ] Consideration money goods & merchandise by him recev'd [received] of the within named Thomas Bosomworth & Mary his wife the receipt of which was by him acknowledged, & lastly the said Subscribing witnesses do [unclear text: Severally ] Declare that they saw Simon Count sign his name as witness to [unclear text: ye ] within Deed
