The owners to whom the Negros [Negroes] have been delivered have paid nothing but the promise to the Indians must be fulfilled. Captain [unclear text: Searle ] will pay to the Chiefs to be distributed among the Captors [unclear text: Twenty ] Dollars for each Negro on the Enclosed list for which their receipts will be taken
