- Dalton, ca. 1940s. Interior of a jail cell was built by Manly Jail Works. This sample cell which includes sink, toilet, and bunks was located at the company headquarters on Glenwood Avenue. Frank Manly founded the company in 1888. It builds jail cells, builds jails, and serves clients throughout the country. Today it is known as Manly Steel.
