- Dalton, ca. 1940s. Manly Jail Works located on Glenwood Avenue. Frank Manly founded this company in 1888. It builds jail cells, builds jails, and serves clients throughout the country. An example of its cells is seen in front of the building. Today it is known as Manly Steel.
