- Whitfield County, ca. 1977. Elvin King, an exhibitor at Prater's Mill Country Fair, carves a figure out of wood using a chain saw while others watch. The fair is held in the fall at Prater's Mill. The gristmill was built in 1859 by Benjamin Franklin Prater. It is located on Coahulla Creek along Ga. Highway 2 about 10 miles north of Dalton. In the early 1970s the mill was renovated.
