- Sandersville, 1899-1902. Washington County Courthouse. This structure was built circa 1870 by Greene Brantley and J. W. Renfroe. In 1899 it was remodeled. That may have been when the clock tower which boasts a Seth Thomas clock was added. Note the eagle atop the tower.
