- Washington County, 1966-1967. View of the back of the Francis Plantation house located near Davisboro on Josey Church Road. The home was built by W. B. Francis circa 1856 and has been in the Francis family ever since. The house is a variation of the Greek Revival Cottage. The back porch which connects with the kitchen is seen here. The land making up the plantation was obtained by Cordall Francis in 1783.
