- Description:
- LaGrange, 1900. Bellevue, the home of Benjamin Harvey Hill. It was designed by an architect named Taylor and was built in 1854-1855. The architectural style is Greek Revival. When the Hull family moved to Athens, Ga. in 1867, the home was sold to the McLendon family. In 1942 the Fuller E. Callaway Foundation acquired the home and presented it to the LaGrange Woman's Club. It has been restored.
