- LaGrange, ca. 1930. Home of Pearl Price located on Broad Street was known as Sunny Gables. It is part of a six-acre estate built in the early 1920s as a showplace home. The architectural style is Tudor. In 1973 it was purchased by LaGrange College to house its Division of Nursing.
