- LaGrange, ca. 1930s. Heard-Beall-Dallis home located at 206 Broad Street. The older portion of the home was built by George W. Heard ca. 1830. The Greek Revival portico, 10 Doric columns, balcony, and front rooms were added by other Heards ca. 1836-1855. Members of the Beall and Dallis families have owned the home too. Mrs. Mary Jane Clayton, a member of the Dallis family, is the current owner, as of 1979.
